Band Places In Opening Of Competition Season
On October 7th, the band traveled to Washington, MO for their first show of the season. In a tight race, the band placed 3rd in their division (Class B at this show). Colorguard was 3rd and percussion was 5th in a couple of dead heat races. The performance was played well and mostly marched well with a few spots that need some polish. We head back to the rehearsal field for Homecoming week this week, and we're also preparing for the Bands of America Super Regional and the Francis Howell Coliseum Classic on the weekend of October 20-21.
